Are you looking for a professional photographer? Then you are also looking for a professional approach!
Whether it concerns images for your website, brochure, catalogue, flyer, year report, commercial, or any other presentation, the final results should be of excellent quality and fulfill all your demands (and preferably exceed these).
In order to give you the best possible service, a production exists of several steps. An example of these steps is:
1. |
Free intake in which you can explain all your wishes. |
2. |
Free written proposition in which we clearly explain all our activities and their individual costs. Also all other agreements we make will be found in this proposition. In every single case you are assured of a clear cut agreement. |
| 3. | Written confirmation. |
| 4. | First invoice: start-up costs of 50% total costs. |
| 5. | If applicable we can visit the shoot's location, book models, arrange for make-up artists, styling, etc. |
| 6. | The production takes place. |
| 7. | Selection of final images. |
| 8. | Post-production of images. This could also include color profiling and i.e. masking if you so desire. Furthermore we could also create collages or lay-outs. |
| 9. | Final delivery of images in agreed format. This could be digital, but we can also help you with print. |
| 10. | Second invoice of 50% total costs. |
Of course each production is different and the above is merely an indication of the different steps. The process will differ from a single portrait to a complete catalogue or commercial campaign.
